The Bear Creek Hounds Point-to-Point celebrated an Irish tradition dating back 250 years ago in the rolling Georgia countryside as those who follow the hounds gathered to have some fun and competition at the end of the hunting season.

Something was different on November 14, 2009 when West Hills Hounds opened its 61st season: David Wendler wasn’t hunting the hounds. Wendler retired at the end of last season after 54 distinguished years as West Hills’ huntsman. In his place was Scott Neill, a native of New Zealand. Scott spent 14 years in New Zealand and Australia as a huntsman or kennel huntsman, most recently with the Maramarua Hunt on the North Island, south of Auckland.

The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) is the richest, most influential animal rights organization in the world. It operates in countries worldwide using its international name “Humane Society International” (HSI). While HSUS portrays all of their organizations as animal “welfare” or “protection” agencies, they are all fundamentally animal rights entities.
